These Terms govern publisher use of the Pub Clarity Media SSP. Plain English where possible.
Publishers must be approved before embedding our tag. Approval is at our discretion and based on traffic quality, content category, and policy compliance.
Standard share is 70% publisher / 30% Pub Clarity Media. Higher publisher shares are available for volume or multi-site publishers. Net revenue is computed after demand-partner fees.
Net-30 from end of month, minimum threshold $100, via bank transfer or supported payout rails. Disputes must be raised within 60 days.
No invalid traffic, no content prohibited by demand-partner policies (Google AdSense policy is the baseline), no rebranding of the tag or dashboard.
Our tag is engineered fail-open — bad configs and slow backends never block the publisher's page. We target 99.9% loader-script availability.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We will deliver final reconciled reporting and payout within 60 days of termination.
