The plain-English version of our legal terms.
Pub Clarity Media operates as a publisher monetisation network. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from publishers and end users when our tag runs, and how we handle it.
From publisher visitors, our tag may collect: page URL, viewport size, IP address (truncated), ad slot identifier, and event timestamps. We do not collect names, email addresses, or persistent personal identifiers from end users.
This data powers ad auctions, viewability measurement, and revenue reporting back to the publisher. It is not sold, and it is not used for cross-site profiling.
When consent is granted via TCF v2, our tag may pass anonymised, demand-partner-required identifiers to participating SSPs. When consent is rejected, no identifiers pass and only non-personalised demand competes.
Raw event data is retained for 90 days and then deleted via Firestore TTL policy. Aggregated daily statistics are retained for historical reporting.
